what is the difference between healthcare adminstration vs. health information management?

Also is it better to get a 2yr or 4yr. Also is it worth going to an online college and if so any suggestion? Please help.

    The admin runs the hospital, the info management runs the IT dept.

    4 yr. degree is always better in healthcare…masters is even needed for some CEO, COO level jobs, in some settings.
    CFO’s are usually finance (like a CPA) degrees, they have hidden power in the healthcare setting…

    The docs really run the place tho’. The CEO has to spend his time recruiting them and keeping them happy, or you don’t HAVE a hospital!
