Reputable online degrees?

What’s the best way to find a reputable online degree program? From what I’ve heard, many brick-and-mortar establishments offer online degree programs, but they’re often as costly or even more so than the classroom experience. Are their any online-only schools with a great reputation?

There’s Western Governor’s University based in Salt Lake City, Utah that only offer online classes, (only for Bachelor’s and Master’s programs). It’s a private non-profit university and it’s regionally accredited. The tuition is affordable, about $2,800 per 6 month semester – no matter how many credits you take. There’s a limited number of degrees available there, though. I like to use geteducated.com; you can also look it up through Wikipedia or check out their website http://www.wgu.edu. Good luck!

Finding a reputable online college can be a daunting task. This is because there are certain fallacies pertaining to online degrees. An online college which is either regionally or nationally accredited is a wise choice. The belief that an online degree pursued from a brick and mortar establishment will cost you more is not true. In fact online degrees are more affordable alternative. There are certain online colleges which are of good repute. From my experience I would recommend the online programs offered by Stevens-Henager College. The college is accredited and offers an array of online degrees of undergraduate and graduate levels.
