Do you have to take a test before being able to take online courses with Kaplan University? If so is there any other online accredited collages that you don’t need to?

    Probably not with Phoenix or Capella, either. But you’re paying for a degree not worth a whole lot. And it’s spelled “college.”

    Just about any folk can get “accepted” into those online schools :) The only classes that I would take from online are from the local community college or state university as long as the program is accredited within the industry.

    Please do NOT sign up with Kaplan, one of those online, For-profit schools (though may have ‘brick and mortar’ buildings and may be ‘regionally accredited’) as they are merely out to ‘make a profit’ (** and course credits may NOT transfer to other schools). Other such schools to steer clear of include penn foster, ashworth, devry, ITT tech, strayer, high tech, westwood, capella, ashford, grand canyon, sanford brown, anthem, pima institute, keiser, university of phoenix, walden, colorado tech and others.
